Fine Thread Form Industries operates fully integrated manufacturing facilities designed to support high-volume, precision production of high-tensile fasteners. Our infrastructure enables complete control over quality, consistency, and delivery across standard and non-standard fastener requirements.

We operate dedicated plants for nut manufacturing and bolt & stud manufacturing, supported by in-house wire processing, heat treatment, surface finishing, and inspection facilities

Registered Office & Nut Manufacturing Plant

This facility is dedicated to nut manufacturing and associated secondary operations. It is equipped with in-house processing and inspection systems to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface integrity.

Key capabilities include:

  • Spheroidize annealing

  • Cold forging for nuts

  • Nut tapping and nylon assembly

  • CNC turning and conventional machining

  • In-house zinc electroplating and phosphating

  • Pre-dispatch inspection and packaging

 

Bolt & Stud Manufacturing Plant

This is a state-of-the-art facility focused on bolt and stud production with high levels of automation and process integration.

Key capabilities include:

  • Wire rod processing (shot blasting, pickling, phosphating)

  • Inverted wire drawing

  • Cold forging for bolts and studs

  • Flat and circular thread rolling

  • Fully automatic heat treatment furnaces

  • Automated zinc electroplating with SCADA

  • Metallurgy and metrology laboratories

  • Pre-dispatch inspection and packaging

End-to-End Process Integration

Our manufacturing process is designed to maintain control from raw material receipt to final dispatch. Approved raw materials are sourced directly from OEM-approved steel mills and processed in-house to achieve consistent mechanical and metallurgical properties.

Key process stages include:

  • Raw material inspection and testing

  • Annealing and wire drawing

  • Cold forging and secondary machining

  • Thread rolling and tapping

  • Heat treatment and surface protection

  • Optical sorting, dimensional inspection, and testing

  • Customer-approved packaging and dispatch

Testing, Inspection & Quality Control

To support critical applications, our facilities are equipped with advanced inspection and validation systems. Quality checks are performed at multiple stages to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer specifications.

Inspection capabilities include:

  • Mechanical and metallurgical testing

  • Dimensional and geometrical inspection

  • Optical sorting and eddy current inspection
